Fun Fact Friday

CARDBOARD
ˈkärdbôrd/ noun pasteboard or stiff paper.

I hate it. It is the absolute worst thing that exists. I touch it and all my insides squirm. It’s everywhere. I do everything in my power not to have to touch cardboard. If I pick up a box, I pick it up with my hands only touching the tape. If there is no tape on the box, you can forget it. I’m calling in reinforcements to carry it.

So here’s the point of my fun fact:
I am the worst at changing toilet paper rolls because once you get to the end…IT’S CARDBOARD. Once again, the WORST.

A few weeks ago, Scott came home with toilet paper rolls WITHOUT CARDBOARD! I couldn’t believe such a thing actually existed. I’m pretty sure it was created for “the save the environment and go tube-free” people, but I’m convinced whoever created it had the same phobia of cardboard as me.
(side note: if you’ve known this has existed, don’t tell me. Let me celebrate.)

So hats off to you Mr. Cardboard-less Toilet Paper Man. You get me.
